It is easy to feel anxious and uncertain when choosing or studying on a qualification.

Remember you have fundamental rights in relation to the qualification your chose , particularly if you have taken a qualification that is regulated by one of the different qualification regulators and inspectorate regimes that operate in the UK.

You have the right to high quality teaching
You have the right for your teaching not to discriminate against you
You have the right to be charged a 'reasonable price' and to be clear on what you are paying for
You have the right for your qualification to deliver on its marketing promise
You have the right to high quality customer service
You have a right to robust assessment practices so that you can trust the results you gain in a qualification
You have the right to appeal the results you gain in your qualification
You have the right to be able to make a complaint about any aspect of your qualification
You have the right for your personal information and your results to be managed securely
You have the right to get a uniquely identifiable certificate within a reasonable timeframe
You may well have a right to full or partial funding from the government
